Serial Fan Posts: 22 22-Dec-08 11:01	Tags : None Made in 1953,the film stars Rock Hudson. The story is an average cavalry vs indians western. The location settings in american national parks,and the 3D photography are superb. The dvd has two 3D versions. The first is anaglyph red/cyan,and when viewed with a normal dvd player on an LCD TV there is very slight ghosting in places. The second version is field sequential,for use with shutter glasses on a CRT TV. Ihave no crt tv so played this on my LCD TV using my pc as the player,together with the Tridef 3D converter.This converts field sequential to anaglyph,and using this system the 3d was perfect.The transfer print used for this is supplied direct from Universal, and the technicolor and sharpness of the print are 10/10. Lets hope they produce a few more prints from the archive.
